Our Tapanui clinic is closely associated with our Gore clinic and our veterinarians work between the two clinics. Tapanui offers similar services as Gore, with the main difference being that the large bulk of companion animal work is done in Gore.

Fleur was raised on a sheep/beef farm in Stanley Brook in the Nelson district. After studying veterinary science at Massey.  She moved south, beginning  her career  with Gore Vets in 1996.

Fleur now works predominantly  from the Tapanui Vetsouth Branch, where her main interests are with sheep, beef, dairy and deer. She has become a well known member of the West Otago Community.

Cherise grew up on a farm West Otago, and always wanted to work with animals. She studied towards a Bachelor of Veterinary Technology at Massey University, graduating in 2013. She returned home and started at VetSouth as a Vet Technician in November 2013.

Sarah started working for VetSouth at the end of August 2012. She lives on a sheep/beef farm with her husband Kevin, not far from the Tapanui Clinic. She has two children, Dean who is an apprentice diesel mechanic in Mosgiel and Kaitlyn who is a student at Blue Mountain College.

Sharon joined the VetSouth team in March 2013. Before then she was involved in the dairy industry and education sector in West Otago. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons. Sharon is enjoying working with the enthusiastic friendly group of people at VetSouth Gore.
